How pricing works
The price isn't a fixed package — it's the sum of real cost lines: some per person, some per group, split across the number of travellers.
Per person
Nightly accommodation at the chosen hotel category (3★/4★) plus a single-room supplement.
Entry tickets for every attraction visited, plus a photo/video fee where it applies.
Extra services and exclusives, if selected.
Transfers priced per passenger (e.g. train legs).
Per group, split across travellers
The guide — priced only for excursion days, not the whole trip.
In-city transport on excursion days — by the vehicle type sized for the group.
Intercity road transfers — at a fixed price for that leg and vehicle type.
Margin
A single operator margin multiplier is applied to the total — the same for every tour, visible to the admin in settings.
